ALT XRISM was launched successfully on 7 Sept 2023, at 01:42 CEST on an H-IIA rocket from Japan’s Tanegashima Space Center. Plumes of smoke barrel underneath the rocket, which soars above a coast. Palm trees and a building are in the lower right corner.
