PLEASE can we ban selling fireworks in supermarkets!!?? What used to be one night a year of loud bangs is now MONTHS ON END of antisocial behaviour and scaring the hell out of kids, pets and anxious people. Another night of taking extra meds for me, I’m so done 😢

Played an old 90s song and I’m now apparently on a soundtrack tour of my 20s.. lots of mixed feelings 😬

When you go to visit a friend and realise you’re accidentally doing a tour of places you’ve tried to 💀 yourself.. anxiety is full on and I’ve got an hour left, send positive vibes..

Being an adult is so damn hard, like all I want to do is drink gin and go to bed and maybe have a little cry but I can’t cos I’m supposed to be a mom with responsibilities 🙁

Waited 5 weeks for a GP appointment, walk in today and all self check-in screens are out so I join the queue of 13 people.. 💀💀💀

Got so much stress right now, feel like anxiety has gripped me so tight I can’t breathe, I’m drowning and feel tearful which is unusual on my sh*tload of meds

Still trying to recover from the weekend, having almost constant palpitations due to anxiety and overstimulation. Was definitely NOT prepared for the physical shock to my body!
