Check out the shiny version of our latest publication. Remodeling of the human muscle proteome found after long-term training but not after strength training Great collaboration with @Mark_Chapman10 @scimot @muharif @Mardinoglu @me_lindholm @carstendaub cell.com/iscience/fulltext/S…

Some cool proteomic work bit.ly/3XliXQx highlighting: - Few sex differences in the skeletal muscle proteome with training - Relatively poor relationship between mRNA levels and protein abundance

Our latest paper on athlete skeletal muscle was just published in @BMCBiology 🙌
New #openaccess #research from @me_lindholm and co. finds baseline differences in #DNAmethylation of #SkeletalMuscle between trained and untrained men, and a link to changes in #gene expression in response to chronic and acute exercise bit.ly/4ctRrGT

Well, that paper didn't last very long as "the latest" publication from our group. Check out Stefan Reitzner's masterpiece: Molecular profiling of high-level athlete skeletal muscle after acute endurance or resistance exercise – a systems biology approach sciencedirect.com/science/ar…

Also, play around with our great "Exercise Network" created by @muharif where you can correlated your proteins/genes of interest with other proteins, genes, exercise performance outcome, MRI data etc here: bit.ly/iNetModels_LongTerm-E…
