The Fed still hasnt inflated. Its reserve balances shrank two weeks in a row following its "rate cuts." As i have said, the Fed is just following what the market has already done at this point. With upward pressure on rates this week that may induce some intervention in the fed funds markets. We will find out tomorrow afternoon. Or you could speculate that there must have been something elae holding up this big fat old tired stock bull if not the Fed.
