Honored to be on hand as Joby helped write the next chapter of aviation history in St. Petersburg! From the first airline flight in 1914, to Advanced Air Mobility today our city continues to dream big and embrace the future.
Electric air taxis are arriving in Florida.
Today our aircraft flew from St. Petersburg to Tampa International Airport, retracing the first commercial flight in history, flown in 1914.
It opens a week of piloted eVTOL flights in partnership with @MyFDOT across the first hubs of Florida's Aerial Highway Network: Tampa Bay, Orlando International and Kennedy Space Center.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember.
May we never forget those we lost, always honor our heroes, and never lose faith in the goodness and strength of the American people.

This week I had the privilege of reuniting with my fellow veterans from the 16th Tactical Fighter Squadron at Hill AFB, Utah. We had a tour of the F-35 squadrons stationed there. The pilots were very impressive. The future of American air power is in capable hands.
On this Memorial Day, and every day, I pause to remember my Air Force friends that were killed flying F-16s in the service of our nation. Lt Col Dick Andersen, Lt Col Bill George, Lt Col Dick Allain, Captain Chris Barber, Captain Sam D'Angelo, and Captain Arnie Clark. May we always remember their service, honor their sacrifice, and strive to be worthy of the freedom they defended.

When you have a tee time in the final group at the Masters on Sunday, but first ... there's church.
Cameron Young said earlier this week that his family tries to find a church to go to every week on the road. Sunday in Augusta is no different.
CAMERON YOUNG: Our faith is very important to us. It's something that I feel like brings us together. It's very important, I think, for all of us to kind of have that part of our lives be a central portion of what we do, individually and as a family.
It's a nice opportunity for us to be together, to kind of share something together. Yeah, we find a different church every week. Wherever we are, we find mass to go to. That week it happens to be right by the golf course. So it's a little bit different pulling in in the tournament car, unloading my kids out, and having people kind of look at you the whole time.
I get a lot of really, really nice comments, people saying, hey, thanks for setting a great example for my children or whatever it is. Honestly it's great to hear because I don't feel like that's the case all the time, and that's one area where I'm really happy to be able to bring attention to that part of our life.
I just think it's a great opportunity to show other people that's what we do.
