The Law Commission’s recommendations have now been published. These provide for a new surrogacy pathway, regulated surrogacy organisations and a surrogacy register. Many other welcome changes but we need to keep momentum.
NEW: The Law Commission of England and Wales and @ScotLawCom have today published recommendations for reform to #surrogacy laws.
Our reforms ensure that surrogacy agreements are well-regulated, offering more support and security.
