Administrators that hire EL teachers should look for teachers that are passionate abt serving #multilingual students & families. #ESL is not a way out of the classroom. These are high impact positions that require high quality educators. ❤️🌎

Part of the problem is, that truth be told, a lot of ESOL teachers went into ESOL to "get out of the classroom." These former classroom teachers, take their existing knowledge and use it in their role as support teachers. 3/
