Kidney problems? Welcome to El Salvador!
It is interesting how El Salvador ranks pretty high, if not the highest, in the region for having serious kidney issues amongst the people living here. I love generous hearts, but not when it comes to generously spraying produce with chemicals!
But fret not! Human-touched El Salvador might have the poison but nature-touched El Salvador has the remedy in the form of one of my favorite plant for the kidneys: chanca piedra!
Find this little helicopter-like plant with the pretty little seeds hanging underneath its leaves and harvest some, roots intact. They grow very easily and have the ability to dissolve stones that obstruct the natural flow of things in our ever-healing, ever-cleansing body.
I have used this for many years, especially when flushing my liver as I am very liable to get stones in my gallbladder. Iโm SO delighted to not have to buy this but instead get to grow it for free here in El Salvador!

A Haitian ๐ญ๐น in El Salvador ๐ธ๐ป. Who would have guessed? Yes I spent the weekend in El Salvador ๐ธ๐ป (Iโm back home in Miami now), and I enjoyed every minute of it. El Salvador was a 10 out of 10 experience. Great people, beautiful country, beautiful culture, with a beautiful system. And Yes you see a large Haiti flag in El Salvador because I donโt hide who I am. And the people in El Salvador WANT to see Haiti prosper.
I never hide my Haitian Pride. Whether people like it or not. I make it clear, loud, & proud about how haitian I am. And I will also say I support President Bukele and pray he finds his soldiers safely and/or wins his battle. Because his battle was never against Haiti ๐ญ๐น, His battle is against the gangs thatโs terrorized the country, tarnished the beautiful country that is Haiti.
DISCLAIMER: I booked this trip a month ago. I had zero idea that this the situation with Bukele in Haiti would occur. I had other prior engagements to tend to here in El Salvador ๐ธ๐ป.
Those that beak off the most are the ones with no understanding of history!

And thatโs before we even get to the poetry, philosophy, and wisdom of literary giants like Al-Mutanabbi, Al-Jahiz, Ibn Arabi, Ibn Khaldun, and Jubran countless others.
Centuries of scientific, intellectual, and literary brilliance that helped shape the world we live in today.
So before you run your mouth about Arabs, maybe pick up a fucking history book.
