@ElevenLabs I paid $220 for a yearly Creator plan valid until March 2027. I cancelled auto-renewal and got dumped to Free instantly. 5 months of paid access, gone. Your own support AI confirmed it’s not how your policy works. Still waiting for a human to fix it. Not cool.
