算法这个圈子挺有意，特别是模型这个圈子。
没有学历，你再牛批，顶尖 labs 也不会看。
如有学历，你不牛批，顶尖 labs 也不会看。
牛批的算法和算法之间喜欢「打哑谜」，
讲究我说话，你听不懂，你说话，我特么也听不懂。
我心里记住你说过啥，我回去自己查，自己测，
如果我能证实你说得有道理，你就是牛批，
如果我不能证实你说得有道理，你就是采集。
还有，我经常问他们一个问题，如何成为顶尖算法？
答：北大韦神，知道不？
上周参加了两天 iRTE 大会，聊了很多，收获也很多。
有个说法得到了不少 bro 的认可：我们在做 Agents 时代的「网盘」。
存的是你的记忆、知识，以及慢慢积累起来的个人上下文。
这个「网盘」要跨 Agent，也要跨设备。
设备也不只是电脑和手机。车机、智能眼镜、指环、耳机、录音豆，再到家居智能，甚至是具身。
以后能和你打交道的 Agents 会越来越多，总不能每一个都从自我介绍开始。
这个时候，记忆就是你的底牌，就是你的安全感，就是你的避风港，有了它，没有 Agents 能渣到你。

做 AI 记忆久了，我们聊得最多的是准确率、检索、评测。但这个视频让我想起，为什么我们希望 AI 能记住。
希望我们做的 EverOS，也能给人带来一点这样的温度，做有温度的 AI，做有感情的记忆，这就是为什么我们喜欢暖色调。
