Shareholders will receive $27 per share in cash under an acquisition agreement with Japanese seafood company Umios, with closing expected in early 2027.

At a Plant Symposium, Rebecca McMackin taught us abt different plant/wildlife interplay. My fave? Bumblebees nest in mounds of old grass foliage. So, when you do your cleanup, think about leaving a bunch of foliage. Grass grows up through it fine & it serves to support itself.
