I spent more than two decades around institutional trading. One thing became very clear: Knowing what to do and doing it when money is actually at risk are two very different skills. That gap is where my work lives. Not signals. Not another setup. Not predictions. The behavior between the plan and the decision. If that gap feels familiar, take the M1 Trading Interference Assessment. m1performancegroup.com/profi…

Thank you to everyone who filled out the form. November’s M1 cohort is now full. I love seeing people willing to look at their own behavior and do something about it. I’m excited to get started. If you didn’t get a spot this time, we’ll run the next cohort in January. We’ll share the details soon.

“Just trust your process” is incomplete advice. The real question is: Can you still access your process when the market changes your state?

“I didn’t want to be wrong.” That tells us more than ten minutes explaining why you stayed with the decision. You don’t need a better explanation. You need enough honesty to examine what actually influenced you. That’s a useful place to begin coaching. Ready to have that conversation? Apply for M1. Link in the comments.

“How am I going to fit this in?” Start with the actual commitment: a 90-minute live session each week, including Q&A, plus practice between sessions. Look at your schedule before you apply. Give the work time you can actually protect. You can review the format and support on the M1 page. Link in the comments.

“I’ll work on it” needs a date. If the same reactions keep showing up in your trading, make time to work on them. Join the M1 cohort. DM for link to start

Knowing what to do is rarely the problem. Most people already know. The breakdown happens when emotion, ego, urgency, or uncertainty starts interfering with execution. The goal isn’t to remove emotion. It’s to recognize the pattern and still execute the decision. Stabilize the mind. Identify the pattern. Execute the decision. If your execution changes when the stakes rise, that’s the work. Join the live masterclass, then consider the M1 Academy.  Link in the comments

Being smart gets you into the room. Staying sharp when pressure hits is what keeps you there. Another indicator probably won’t fix a decision-making problem. Tragic, I know. Find out what’s interfering with your execution. Join Evan’s live masterclass and see whether the M1 Academy is the right next step. Link in the comments.

You don’t rise to the level of your plan. You fall into the pattern you haven’t trained out of.

Telling yourself to stop doing something is easy. You’ve probably had that conversation a hundred times. In the M1 cohort, we look at why you still keep doing it. What’s behind the behaviour? What keeps interfering with the performance you’re capable of? And then we tackle it, together. Apply for M1 cohort. Click in the link below 👇 m1performancegroup.com/m1-tr…

Three wins in a row. Suddenly the size feels fine. The marginal setup looks pretty good. And that rule you normally respect? Apparently it has become a suggestion. That’s why I’m careful with confidence. Sometimes confidence comes from evidence. Sometimes the last few outcomes are simply making you feel bulletproof. Those are not the same thing. The M1 cohort is built around learning to recognize these patterns before they start making the decisions for you. From your results, continue into Evan’s live masterclass and see whether the M1 Academy is the right next step.

"I knew better." I hear some version of that a lot. And it sounds like an explanation. It isn’t. If you knew the rule and still broke it, the interesting question isn’t whether you need to learn the rule again. It’s: What happened between knowing it and ignoring it? That’s the pattern we need to understand.
