We marked Shrove Tuesday with pancakes and plenty of toppings at break time! 🥞✨ Traditionally, this day is about preparation for Lent. The tradition of eating pancakes comes from using up rich ingredients before the fasting season began.

So my Trust did something pretty revolutionary today. They held a conference for all the schools to access workshops and hear inspiring key speakers. In 20 years of teaching have never seen anything like it. Amazing.
As our Embrace Annual Staff Conference draws to a close, our staff now have the chance to come together within their schools to reflect on their day, share what they have learnt and discuss what they will be taking away to enrich the lives of our pupils🤝
