This is so important. We have always been a flexible and remote-working company. It means we can employee amazing people (not just in London!) who want good work life balance too. It's been lovely seeing other companies adapting to this in 2020/21 and hope it continues!

An automatic exemption from jury service for women on maternity leave should be enacted now. Despite having raised this with the Justice Sec in Dec it has taken another woman on maternity leave being called to jury service to get this on the agenda - but women need action now.

I agree - exemption from jury service for women on maternity leave should be enacted now.
The would prevent the stress of going though a cold system and reduce anxiety for the new mum, allowing her to focus on herself, baby and any other family/circumstances.
