If you're tired of Applying for jobs with no response...read this 👇🏾
Sending 100 job applications and receiving zero responses is exhausting. But have you checked what happens after you click 'Apply'?
Many job seekers are stuck in an application cycle.
Find vacancy.
Submit CV.
Wait for an email.
Hear nothing.
Repeat.
But applying more is not always the same as applying better.
Try this approach:
1. Stop applying for every vacancy you see. Focus on roles that match your actual skills and experience.
2. Research the organisation before applying. Understand what it does and what the role requires.
3. Tailor your CV to the specific position. Highlight relevant achievements instead of sending a generic document.
4. Write a short, meaningful cover letter when requested or when it strengthens your application.
5. Track every application. Record the company, role, date, application link and follow-up status.
6. Review your results every week. If you are getting no interviews, revisit your CV and targeting. If you are getting interviews but no offers, work on your interview preparation.
And please, be careful with vacancies that request payment for recruitment, training or guaranteed employment.
You do not need to spend every day applying. You need a job-search process that helps you learn and improve.
Be honest: approximately how many jobs have you applied for this year without receiving a response?
