Amazon FBA October recap:
- Hit 6k+ profit 2 months in a row.
- More units sold
- Higher ROI
Although all those are good things here's the challenges:
- Hit with IP complaint
- Amex credit limiting me
- Didn't beat last months profit
They are not negatives, they are lessons
I have now come to a point where I'm pretty much at the testing stages of replacing a subscription that I have (that essentially takes data from Amazon and puts it into my accounting software, Xero, which I use currently). Within the next month if no faults were to happen, I will be moving over to just my own system rather than relying on other services that are currently costing me money.
So to sum up everything, from the moment I purchase a product to the moment it arrives at Amazon, the whole process is automated and tracked. If any missing stock flags up from the time it enters Amazon, I get a notification to say these are missing, in which I could open a case to be reimbursed for missing inventory. This in itself has reduced the amount of admin that I need to do, especially when it comes to purchasing products and uploading it on the prep centre (as this has always been a bad habit of mine and always gets missed from time to time).
There are literally so many services out there in Amazon space at the moment for an FBA business that you could literally create by yourself using Claude or any other AI agent and save yourself money
Remember that if you have created these tools via Claude, they are literally tailored for you and your business and what you want and what you need, at the cost of an £18-a-month subscription
I have seen the news of 400 Royal Mail workers leaving every single week. Yesterday I had a delivery from an UPS driver who had said that in February he's going to lose his job. They said that they're going to cut down a lot of the workers and they're going to move, mostly all to DPD, and that's going to be the main courier from now on.
To clarify, this is not something that is available.
I have created it with the sole purpose of tailoring it towards my own needs.
@FBAMogul has a software that would fit for most sellers if that is something you are interested in: selleroracle.com/
