What really IS Cori Close’s coaching style?
“You’re not coaching people’s jumpshots, you’re coaching people’s hearts. But if you coach their hearts really well, usually their jump shots end up pretty good too. And I would say our players jumpshots ended up pretty good too.”

Winning doesn’t care what you did yesterday.
It wants to know if you’re ready to do it again today. Doing things the right way, every day.
Integrity isn’t what you show the world.
It’s what you demand from yourself when no one’s watching.

Every HS kid I ask “wants to play” in college.
But so many don’t want: 20 hours of practice/weights 20 hours of class/study hall 0 hours of “social life” Some weeks: 6-7 days a week.
6am starts.
10pm ends.
Sooo...Do you REALLY want it?
