Women were never meant to drink themselves numb to survive modern life.
A new book on faith, freedom, and sobriety is out today.

Wow, this is what Yemen looked like in the 1960s under British rule. That was over half a century ago, but it looked decades more advanced than Yemen does today.
It’s almost unbelievable compared to what the country has become. And it’s a testament to how quickly a country can collapse once Islam reigns supreme.
I get that the oldest was 14. And maybe she had no one to help. But IMO, 6 days (which I read elsewhere) is way too long to leave the kid in charge of 3 others overnight. She shouldn’t have gone on the trip.
But then again, way better than the mom who went on a cruise and left her 7, 5, 2 and 6-month old 🤷♀️ (which happened!)
Bodycam footage shows Florida deputies arresting a mother at an airport after authorities say she left her four children, ages 9, 11, 12 and 14, home alone while traveling to Las Vegas for work.
Irene Miller, 50, was taken into custody Friday as she stepped off a plane. Two days earlier, one of her children had called 911 after a dumbbell fell on her 9-year-old brother's head.
When deputies arrived at the family's Kissimmee home, they found the children without adult supervision and had the injured boy taken to a hospital, where he was treated and released. Miller now faces four counts of child neglect.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Deputies said Miller arranged a babysitter from Tampa to check on the children mornings and after school but not overnight; she had filed for divorce from the father amid his recent battery charge and restraining order.

Horrific news coming out of Ethiopia on the massacre of Christians. Prayers for our persecuted brothers and sisters.

Devastating...
Pray for the people of Nigeria.
Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo prays for America and Israel as he kneels and weeps in front of the mass grave of his own church members killed in Nigeria.
His prayer:
"Father, visit Trump - let him increase foot soldiers to come to Middle Belt. Use your power to bring out Benjamin Netanyahu to save us in Nigeria. Father, protect Israel from their enemy... bless America and Israel that would join to save us in Nigeria.
I want peace to reign in this country. Fight the battle that we cannot fight."

El Sayed looks like he has anger issues. Look how petulant he gets when Brett Baier reads his Muslim Brotherhood support letter back to him 😂
No words. This man is the best of us.
Bend, Oregon man who shot and killed a shooter at his daughters' school speaks out, praises female teacher for fighting the shooter, allowing him to have a clear shot.
Kaylub Giamanco says he is haunted by the sound of children pleading for their lives.
He also praised the teacher for grabbing the gunman's weapon, allowing him to take a shot at the shooter.
"I want to recognize [the teacher]. She gave me the opportunity to make my shot without losing my life..."
"I swung the door open, and I stepped in, and I fired, and they dropped to the ground... I looked down at the gunman, and he was scrambling for his weapon. And I looked at him, and I shot him 2 more times..."
After reading her latest book...perhaps having kids would have helped her become less self-obsessed.
To live only for yourself and meet your own addictive tendencies is toxic.
I feel bad for her and hope she finds the real God rather than the one of her own making.
Eat, Pray, Love sold millions of women a feminist fantasy and told them to abandon their responsibilities and pursue “fun” and “freedom.”
Guess where it led Elizabeth Gilbert?
No one talks about what happened AFTER Eat, Pray, Love, but her latest memoir chronicles addiction, shaving her head, homosexual relationships, and profound despair.
Maybe self-indulgence isn’t liberation after all. 🤔
When a woman miscarries, we don’t say she “lost a pregnancy.”
We say she lost a baby, and we all know why.

Remember that ridiculous @NewYorker piece claiming that:
“You can be kind of pregnant, a little bit pregnant, almost pregnant, or maybe pregnant, and still test positive for pregnancy."
I wrote for @WNGdotorg about how it invalidates those who experience early miscarriage & more 👇

I will continue to vote in ways I believe preserve Western culture and the values of freedom and democracy. But, I do live among Muslim neighbors — and I desire for them to flourish in their own lives and ultimately, to know Christ.
I fear that truth has been lost on some of my fellow Christians amid growing concerns about the spread of radical Islam and its influence in Western societies.
I believe most Christians know, at their core, that every human being is inherently valuable, created in the image of God -- Muslims being no exception.
Yet somewhere along the way, fear and heated rhetoric have led some to stop seeing Muslims as individuals made in God’s image and instead view them merely as members of an opposing group—even an enemy.

Donor children are beginning to speak up. No one has the right to have a child in the full knowledge that that child will not have a relationship with either their father or mother.
It’s so incredibly inhumane and selfish.
Replying to @NUnl

As always @jk_rowling nails it.
“It’s true, of course, that trans activism doesn’t impact all women negatively. In fact, the more privileged you are, the less it tends to affect you, and the more it might benefit you. Aside from an avalanche of death, rape and torture threats, it hasn’t noticeably affected my life. Nor does it hurt wealthy women who repost the vogueish mantras while sitting in dressing rooms guarded by private security guards. It doesn’t hurt women in the upper echelons of media, publishing and academia, who don’t need a changing room at work and who feel a snobbish disdain for working class women who don’t want to strip off in front of heterosexual males who’ve ‘identified’ into the women’s changing room. Trans activism doesn’t hurt headline-hungry female politicians whose attitude to women’s rights is ‘whatever is good for me personally’. On the contrary, trans activism has been good for those women. It’s fashionable, and keeps them popular with their progressive tribe, and costs them, personally, absolutely nothing.”
I wrote a new piece about women’s rights and whether or not I want trans people dead. (Spoiler: I don’t)👇

Lib journo: hahaha, those silly, stupid Republicans. Your husband isn’t really your brother though, like all those big dummies say, right?
Ilhan: “Not…to my knowledge.”

If you are looking for a Christian news outlet that pursues important stories grounded in biblical truth rather than TikTok clicks, might I suggest @WNGdotorg?
Christianity Today has seen about half its staff quit or laid off in the last 14 mos. Former employees told me that new business leaders have intervened in editorial decisions & are effectively abandoning the outlet's commitment to independent journalism. nytimes.com/2026/10/21/us/ch…
I was inspired by the @RawTheology episode with Fariza -- a Christian convert from Islam -- to write this piece: erickaandersen.substack.com/…
@PrestonSprinkle enjoyed your series on Islam, especially Fariza's episode!
