🦶Loss of foot sensitivity can make it harder to maintain balance & increases the risk of falls. Research by @ErikaEHowe & Dr. Leah Bent from @UofG_HHNS found that heating the foot can enhance skin sensitivity & improve motor reflexes in the lower leg. 🗞️uoguelph.ca/cbs/news/2024/05…
