The place where you can fill out a tweet is where you would put a summary about yourself, and below that there are sections that look like other people's tweets but are actually sections where you can add your experience. The left column, which is usually the Twitter menu, has been replaced with personal info like Name, Location, Email Address, etc. The right column features a panel of 6 images where you can put logos for tools your are proficient with. Below that is a list of "popular hashtags", which are actually your skills, such as #DetailOriented and #Motivated.
