Why VANSFORMERS?
From the inception of the Vans, we had no idea where things would end up. We just knew it was not some short lived meta that would come and go.
@vans_xyz became a way of life. We have been blessed to watch many members of the Vans cult grow exponentially in a myriad of ways. Now it is time for the next step. We will always be The Vans, as they say, “a home is a van and a van is a home”, but this collection is about showing how Vans are versatile. It is about how we as nads can evolve into something greater and help others do the same.
My personal journey in @Monad has been about trying things that scare me, and I have been lucky to have people in the community who supported and fostered that growth. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has backed me so far and continues to do so. Taking the lead on a project like this is a big challenge, but thanks to our wonderful artist @lambe1981, and our loyal and extremely talented cult in House of Vans TG, I know we will crush it.
ALL IN ONE VAN 🚐
Discord dropping Vroom ⏳
RareBetSports didn't just go quiet. I traced where it went.
The app domain is deleted. The Discord invite is dead. The "new product" site shows "Site Not Found". But the RareLink contract is still on Monad, and it tells the whole story.
WHAT IS GONE
- app(.rarebetsports.io and rarelink(.rarebetsports.io: NXDOMAIN (checked on Google DNS today). The root domain is just parked at GoDaddy.
- The team announced a new product on 9 Mar 2026: @godmachinexyz, "powered by the RBS Oracle". Its site now says "Site Not Found | Framer".
- @RareBetSports has no visible post after 12 Mar 2026. 24.3K followers.
- The docs promised "Trustless Execution" and "Instant Payout". In practice one account controlled grading, flagging, withdrawals and upgrades.
THE MONEY (contract 0x07133fF8291876c693117212dE67F3c0B3d3a3Fc)
- 8,958 slips from 568 wallets between 14 Nov 2025 and 27 Feb 2026.
- Players staked 1,824,270 MON and 1,875,800 CHOG. They were paid 1,603,903 MON and 704,103 CHOG.
- The pool was seeded on launch day by two wallets: 538,166 MON and 300,000 MON, plus 7,989,000 CHOG on 14 Jan.
- Both wallets had just received 852,101 MON from the "Monad: Airdrop Distributor" at 13:25 UTC on 24 Nov 2025 (428,636 + 423,465 MON). So the bankroll was their airdrop allocation, not a visible Momentum payment.
LAUNCH DAY AND THE FIRST MONTH
- RareBetSports is on Monad's official first-wave Momentum list (14 Nov 2025: "these apps will all run rewards campaigns on mainnet").
- 25 Nov, 00:01 to 00:07 UTC: one wallet (0x40Da13cbb483d4d15795b9fec79133f7845ee171) placed five 7-pick slips of 1,000 MON each. All five paid 100x: 499,999.99 MON, about 60% of the 838K MON bankroll. It sent 514,599 MON back to the wallet that funded it (0xb86547796245a95807E44fd30408485187d7E5aB).
- The owner then flagged wallets and changed the payout config on 28 Nov: payouts went from 200% of stakes to 54%.
- First month (24 Nov to 24 Dec): 356 players, 647,898 MON staked, 777,000 MON paid out (500,000 of it to that one wallet). The house lost about 135K MON net (about $4K). The weekly payout ratio swung from 172% in week 1 to 32% in week 3.
THE EXIT
- One account, 0x23CB59CFF9c472c82fB6686C0Fa3601A05E63f5A, deployed both contracts and controls the oracle, withdrawals, upgrades and user blocking.
- 11 Dec 2025: first withdrawals (130,000 MON).
- 21 Feb 2026: the settler's last grading call. 24 Feb: 486,000 MON + 8.7M CHOG withdrawn.
- 27 Feb: the oracle sends its last update. Last user claim 13:12 UTC.
- 6 Mar 22:12 UTC: the final sweep of 413,396 MON + 366,744 CHOG (tx 0x4c81f2a91d91c987d3c217779db852d25c825d3181b61df5490ac105b96dbd60). Balance left: 0.5 MON.
- Total withdrawn: 1,029,396 MON + 9,066,844 CHOG. That is the bankroll plus the house's net winnings (191K MON). The numbers close to within 160 MON.
- The MON went to 0x41F5244562F79b6d0831dB61570827525e96dfE8 (plus 130K to 0xD48EBD196e86667f4ac85EbCFD5622f6CBc1d7A1 in December), the CHOG to 0xd00DA9860AD6881B6cCA8afcE1f39d36A92cF9c6. From that wallet chain, 427,636 MON went into a DEX aggregator router on 8 Apr.
WHO WAS LEFT BEHIND
- 22 winning slips were never paid (19 in MON = 9,258 MON, 3 in CHOG). They could claim until the sweep. They can't now.
- The owner flagged 5 wallets (8 flagUser calls, 26 Nov to 3 Dec 2025). Their 402 unpaid slips (151,471 MON staked) can't claim ("User is pending review"):
0x40Da13cbb483d4d15795b9fec79133f7845ee171: the day-one jackpot wallet, 212 slips stuck (105,987 MON)
0xe0a4f45412686973f27e74655b1884e30df4193b: 145 slips (22,495 MON), 120 of them 50 MON slips
0xfb2ce85b5763c77a687c7680c687327443b4094e: 32 slips, all exactly 500 MON (16,000 MON)
0xb4d01d04bf522c4f4e2094340f9ecaf3af67ea06: 9 slips (4,490 MON)
0xb9d41a8a9f355cae1681edf405772dcfb9849f3a: 4 slips (2,499 MON)
All five were active only in the first two weeks after launch. The chain doesn't say why they were flagged; they may have been suspected of abuse, so I'm not calling them victims.
- The contract is NOT paused. It would still accept new stakes that no oracle will ever grade. Don't send it anything.
WHAT I COULD NOT VERIFY
- Who is behind any wallet. Why the five wallets were flagged. Whether the day-one winner exploited a weakness or was just lucky.
This is what the chain shows, not an accusation. Data: SlipRepository state, MonadScan, Monad RPC archive, DNS/RDAP, Wayback, X.
