Such a shame that @BCBSM has made it so difficult for women to get basic covered services claims adjusted when billing errors occur. It’s unfortunate to have to call in to customer service 3 times with different outcomes and promises of call backs only to be ghosted

Just saw a bar for shut down for violations that included not having smoke alarms and mask mandate amongst other things. They felt it wasn’t a reason to shut them down. I think at the VERY LEAST here, having smoke alarms seem like a very basic business necessity 🤔
