“I can’t keep all the fights.” Vex chuckles as she tucks a strand of hair behind Aki’s ear. “Especially now. Take Trinket with you. He needs the exercise.” There was a worried expression on her face. “Just be careful.”

There was some sort of shenanigans near the forest temples late yesterday. Cultists, or so the report says. I was going to ride out with Trinket after breakfast settled, but if you’re bored it’s all yours dear.

“Gods…that sounds exactly like something he would do.” She laughed she leans toward the bird. “Tell Vax’ildan I’m going to toss *him in a birdcage if he doesn’t let me sleep. I missed the targets three times this morning.”
