Seems relevant to point out to this guy who loves engagement bait that King Noah is not comparable to Donald Trump. 😂

King Noah is not comparable to Trump. Let’s compare the two, shall we?
King Noah, as as king:
-Engaged in unauthorized polygamy and sexual impropriety;
-Levied a 20% tax to support his harem and lavish lifestyle;
-fired the religious leaders his righteous father had ordained and replaced them with wicked priests;
-built fancy public buildings, funded by taxpayers, to glorify himself;
-replaced strong defense of a strong army with a weak defense of a single watchtower and weakly responded to invasions within his borders;
-invested significant resources into state-run wineries and wine-presses;
-Easily influenced by advisors who were self-interested and showed moral cowardice in moments of crisis.
-Crushed dissent with lethal force. (See Mosiah 11; Mosiah 17- 19)
Trump during his two terms as President:
-has only been married to one woman during his terms. His sexual relationships and multiple failed marriages before his presidency, while concerning, are not central to his political policies like Noah. Furthermore, Trump did this with his own money, NOT taxpayer money;
-Trump has reduced taxes on individuals. Are taxes above 20%? For some, yes; for others no. Those tax rates existed before Trump.
-There is no state religion to fire priests from. He did furlough government employees and reduced fraud, waste and abuse of government funds with DOGE;
-Trump is building some new government buildings, some are tax-payer funded; others, like the new wing of the White House, is being funded by Trump personally . Remember Trump was a very wealthy man before running for President.
-Military recruitment has increased significantly under Trump and there is record defense spending. There have also been several strong shows of American force.
-Trump has not done any state-sanctioned wineries. He famously avoids alcohol consumption;
-Trump has shown to be at times easily persuaded by advisors and very famously says whatever he wishes without his advisors’ agreement.
-Trump has not used lethal force to silence his many critics online.
So no, Trump is not similar to King Noah.

If this picture of the young captain of Gondor reading the Book of Mormon gets more likes, Ben’s historic revisionism is inaccurate
ByCovidConsent writes an article that states that the Church’s recent donation to an African-American museum isn’t enough because… the Church doesn’t excommunicate online trolls or the Left’s definition of “racist” and doesn’t have racism struggle sessions during Church.
The good doctor here is lying by omission and he knows better. You see, the Nazis had a two front policy for eugenics to create their desired “master race” of Aryans. For the desired Aryans, abortion was forbidden, not because it was a sin to God, but to preserve the Aryan race.

Actual historian of Nazi Germany here. The Nazis were explicitly anti-abortion, passed and enforced strict abortion criminalization, and opposed the broader feminist movement that preceded in Weimar. Very limited racialist exceptions. See Rabinbach and Gilman below.
Sanger established what would later become Planned Parenthood in 1929, with the intent of legalizing birth control in the US. She also used her organization to encourage sterilization of those deemed unfit to procreate.

Fun fact for Jaxon, which he may not be aware of:
The fascists in Germany in the 1930s and 1940s were big fans of the eugenics movement in the US and named Margaret Sanger (the founder of Planned Parenthood) as being an influence on their racial policies.

If this picture of the young captain of Gondor reading the Book of Mormon gets more likes, opposing abortion is not fascism but a righteous endeavor.
Tim Ballard is now claiming that the Church excommunicated him to hide child abuse (and definitely has nothing to do with him having sex outside of marriage)
