Nothing is more mind numbing having to deal with a companies "support" when they lost your property and refuse to take accountability.

Working on a new design for the Dagger kitbash I made. Working on a few concepts for it before I try and commission someone. Arrowhead shape is inspired a lot by the F-117 Delta shape is inspired by the Dassault Rafale and F16XL Both of these Picasso’s are still a WIP lol

Huge thanks to @Exaltea_ for being a huge help in feedback for this redesign and @ComCatto for the help and feedback (and the art below) for the Initial 3D kitbash I was working on (which I’ll be using for a design for another space craft in lore instead.)

I can officially say that @Asurion @AsurionCares is the worst company I have ever done business with. These phone calls back and forth with them these past few months have not only amounted to nothing, but have shown they have terrible business practices refuse to accept any...

... responsibility for the error on their end, they are trying to claim that it's my fault i used the wrong shipping label despite it literally coming with the box they gave me to send my PC back in for repairs. So now my 2.5k PC is gone because I made the mistake of using...

...this awful company for a warranty. If anyone gets a @skytechgaming PC(would recommend, only had one issue almost 3 years after getting it)I recommend avoiding getting any warranty through @Asurion and choosing another option if you can afford it. It'll save you in the long run

If anyone ever decides to get a PC off of Amazon, dont ever get @Asurion for a warranty. After months of fighting them on where my @skytechgaming pc is at, they have just sent me an email saying my product isn’t covered with my claim…after already approving and losing it.

Apparently they have another account so I’m gonna tag them as well as. The fact ive been fighting for and dealing with this since may is ridiculous. @AsurionCares the fact that you guys cannot find my PC because of a mess up on your end for shipping labels is crazy.
