The AI bubble might finally be popping, more than 50% of S&P 500 companies have dropped 20% or more from their highs
And we’re not talking about random small companies here. We’re talking about Nvidia, Amazon, Google, Intel, Meta and Netflix.
Investors are starting to question the insane amount of money being thrown at AI, the huge infrastructure costs and whether all this spending will actually pay off.
AI can absolutely change the world. But that doesn’t mean every company throwing billions at it is going to make money.

Embark has re-recorded all of its quest lines with real voice actors
At first, ARC Raiders used a hybrid system of real voices for dialogues and a self-trained TTS model for some quests and the ping system. Most of those have now been replaced with actual human voice lines
They believe the criticism was fair and that the performance of the AI (TTS) lines wasn’t always coming through

France has approved a proposal for a new €0.055 tax per GB of internet traffic, and game downloads could be affected.
If GTA 6 ends up being around 218 GB, downloading it could cost €12 in tax under the proposal.
The tax could also affect other big game downloads and streaming services like Netflix and YouTube.
However, it’s not law yet. The proposal still needs to pass through the remaining legislative process in France.
