A 12 PAX @F3Highlands for the 12 Drills of Christmas. There were agility ladder, cone drills, and resistance bands drills (aka @justin_rains25 favorite). 11 PAX then went for calorie replenishment afterward. Merry Christmas to all! @F3MECA – at Concord, NC

8 @F3Highlands celebrated @Skipper_F3 10 year F3 anniversary. That is quite a milestone! He delivered a great beatdown bringing some of the classic exercises from his 10 years. It sucked in a good way. Thanks @Skipper_F3 for being such a HIM! @F3MECA Cheers to the next 10! – at Concord, NC

12 @F3Highlands attended YHC’s beatdown before our Adopt A Street community project. We had about 30 people for our community project where we picked up litter around the schools and the streets surrounding. Talk about community leadership! Great work! @F3MECA

10 of @F3Highlands finest were surprised to see YHC this morning and even more surprised to see YHC was the Q. They said they missed me. That changed after the beatdown however.

14 @F3Highlands for the final week of Iron Pax Challenge. It sucked, we complained, but we kept coming for more. The fine folks from @F3Highlands would like to thank @F3Greenwood for going above and beyond by inviting and sharing this brutal challenge with F3 nation. @F3MECA – at Concord, NC

28 @F3Highlands came to celebrate Disaster’s 6 year F3 anniversary. We had visitors from @f3lkn, @F3Bridge and @F3Waco. We also had another 5 PAX for the 6:30 am beatdown. Since it was less than 70F, Conchito had long pants, long sleeve, and a jacket with a hoodie. @F3MECA – at Concord, NC

Our @F3_BuffaloBill took the Q Tuesday and Thursday @F3Highlands and got a combined 37 PAX to attend the beatdowns. Strong leadership and work at both beatdowns. 2 PAX got tripped by the sidewalk monster. But there is nothing that coffee time 2ndF can’t fixed. @F3MECA – at Concord, NC
