On May 6, Learjet 60 N722BD climbed above its assigned 4,000 feet on approach. The controller ordered it back down immediately and told the crew that if they couldn't hold altitude, it wasn't moderate turbulence, it was severe.
ATC then warned other traffic that the jet was unable to maintain altitude and was showing 3,600 feet. By sheer luck, it landed safely at Teterboro.
On November 1, they weren't so lucky and we know what unfortunately happened next.

Pennsylvania officials caught a scheme involving 10 forged mail-in ballot applications submitted by a woman from Idaho.
The best part? She was an independent contractor for Mobilize the Message, a conservative voter outreach operation founded by Republican strategist Cliff Maloney.
The system worked as designed. All 10 applications were flagged and rejected. No ballots were issued.

The female pilot heard on the ATC communications between the aircraft and the tower is NOT the pilot flying the plane. She is the pilot MONITORING the plane including communicating on the ATC channel.
If pilot flying the plane was male, his gender didn't doom the flight either.
