Last October I embarked on a new weightloss journey @manvfat - so far I’ve lost just over 11.5kg, earning my 10% body weight award on Wednesday.
Back at running, not where I want to be but a run is better than no run. @nikerunningclub 💪

Great to be back out there tonight.
Lads ran out, convincing win, 3 hat tricks from 3 different players, an own goal, and great spirited charity game.
