The Wasteland Jamboree held in Sutton West Virginia reminded us of what this community is all about. Through our Wasteland Survivor Stories booth, we had the chance to meet so many of you—hearing your character stories, your personal connections to Fallout, and the passion that keeps this world alive. It was more than a meet and greet. It was connection. It was storytelling. It was community. We captured some of those moments in a montage we’re proud to share. Thank you and the amazingly gracious folks of West Virginia for making it unforgettable and thank you to Fallout for Hope & Butter Popcorn for putting together an event that will be remembered forever. And yet another sad day for gaming. One of the greatest RPG development teams of the 2000s. So many epic stories and characters now lost. Our thoughts go out to those who lost their jobs. The gaming industry just kind of feels ick right now. 💔

Beautiful shot! #Dune
I’ve been exploring @DuneAwakening lately and I’m a fan. I grew up reading Herbert’s work, and it’s been wonderfully terrifying and engaging to explore a “What if” scenario in the series…

There are very few people of the modern age who were so universally loved. Who loved everyone, who brought light into every room and every heart. Dolly Parton was one of those lights.

After a summer hiatus we are hopeful to finally push past the finish line with this episode. CITY OF MINE — EPISODE TWO: WASTED TIME The past is already written. The future is running out. And somewhere between the two… someone made a mistake. The story of City of Mine continues in Episode Two: WASTED TIME — as the mystery deepens, old worlds collide, and events set into motion decades ago begin to reveal their consequences. From the ruins of Appalachia to the streets of Los Santos, the clock is ticking. But the question isn't how much time is left. It's who is controlling it. "Please welcome back to the stage for the first time, the one and only Pete Hines @DCDeacon". Live from Universal Orlando Resort we announced the end of #FalloutForHope, but from its ashes something new. We are merging into a new 501C3 as part of @GCXEvent. To guide us, there was only one person who could serve as both mentor and navigator: Pete Hines @DCDeacon joins us Board Chair. Noah Downs @MyLawyerFriend also joins as Board Member and legal advisor, with legal services provided by Premack Rogers Downs P.C. New team members and roles: Kenneth Vigue serves as Executive Director Kevin Murray joins us as Chief Financial Officer @Professorbroman as Chief Development Officer @WesJohnsonVoice joins as Advisor Michael Bugg joins as Director of Special Events ...as well as others. This new hybrid model comprised of the fundraising vision that GCX has cultivated over 11 years, will allow us to not just shape the future and help others in one fandom: but ANY fandom. Final paperwork is being concluded with our new name and branding, but our mission remains unchanged. We return in 2027. Please stand by...

We've been fortunate enough to watch it grow from the very beginning. What started as a shared love for Fallout became something far greater—a community built on kindness, generosity, and the belief that gaming can genuinely make a difference in people's lives. The wasteland was made better because you were all here. ❤️💙❤️💙
The final run... The components of the #FalloutForHope booth have been permanently gifted to @GCXEvent to serve as gateway to the Fallout community space. The Fallout For Hope pull-up banner and the backdrop are permanently retired. For our final fundraiser as we were, you all raised $16,864.01 for the @alzassociation, part of the over $74k raised for charity during #GCX2026. A massive chunk of which came from @kinggathcreates and his amazing team of collaborative modders assisting @WesJohnsonVoice. While on vacation, thousands of gamers, creators and streamers saved some money to give in the name of others. That's pretty amazing.

📡 RESPONDER REQUISITION // THE JOB Every survivor has a choice. Some scavenge for themselves. Others help rebuild Appalachia. Today, the Responders are issuing a new requisition request. Our medical teams are running dangerously low on IV Bags, and every shipment could mean the difference between life and death for those trying to survive another day in the wasteland. This isn't just another fetch quest. This is THE JOB. Watch the briefing. Accept the mission. Gather the requested supplies and deliver them to the Fallout Five-0 Responders. Every completed requisition helps fuel our community-driven roleplay and ongoing stories, while giving you the opportunity to become part of something larger than yourself. Whether you're a veteran wastelander or stepping out of Vault 76 for the first time, your contribution matters. Current Request: IV Bags Complete the mission. Support the Responders. Help keep Appalachia alive. Ready to answer the call? Head over to our website: Fallout5-0.com/requisitions We Respond. You Support. Can't say we'd recommend importing Toxic Goo or "fresh" corpsemeats into Appalachia, but we've learned long ago that telling Raiders what not to do usually just gives them new ideas. Just try not to spill any of that cargo near a settlement. The last thing our crews need is another mysterious outbreak, glowing livestock, or a two-headed possum claiming squatter's rights. Safe travels, Raiders. If that rig breaks down, we'll be there. If it explodes... we'll be there too.
"Once again, we send off the Big Rig to bring back Toxic Goo from Radiation Town, and fresh corpsemeats from the Rust Kingdom!!" ☢️💀 #Fallout #Fallout76 #Raider #MadMax @Rad_Rux @Nux_BlackThumb @FFive0 @simba8188 @Enigma0verdrive @HitoKa18 @JonRush1977 @UraniumFever76

On behalf of everyone at Fallout 5-0, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to the entire Fallout For Hope team and the incredible community that has supported this mission over the past six years. We have been honored to participate in events over the years, stand alongside so many amazing creators and communities, and witness firsthand what happens when people choose kindness over division and action over apathy. The numbers are staggering—$1.35 million raised, lives changed around the world, families helped, research funded, and hope delivered where it was needed most. But beyond the dollars, Fallout For Hope showed what this community is truly capable of when we come together for something bigger than ourselves. As a community built around helping others, service, and supporting fellow wastelanders, your mission has always resonated deeply with us. You demonstrated that gaming communities can be a force for genuine good in the world. While it's bittersweet to see this chapter come to a close, we are incredibly excited to see what comes next. If the last six years have taught us anything, it's that the people behind Fallout For Hope are capable of accomplishing extraordinary things. Thank you for allowing us to walk this road with you. Thank you to every volunteer, creator, donor, and supporter who helped make this possible. And thank you for proving that hope is more than a word—it's something we build together. We'll be there for the final fundraiser, and we'll be cheering you on as you begin this next chapter. From all of us at Fallout 5-0 Congratulations, thank you, and we'll see you in the Wasteland. 💙❤️
Everything has an End. But also a new Beginning. To the best community in gaming, Fallout For Hope, as you've known it, is coming to an end. Our final day is July 25th. And while this may surprise or shock you, keep reading...because this journey just became something so much more, and a new chapter awaits us. This journey started not with a step on a road, but a moment of humanity, a meaningful gesture, and a single "what if" in response to people in the #Fallout76 community who needed our help. And help we did. Hope was given, a single life changed. In December of 2020, when the world felt dark and disconnected a few of us logged in not to fight, but to do something for someone else. We chose the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital whose holidays were being spent far from home. Hundreds of you, the world over, answered the call. Over $109,000 was raised in a single week. “What if?” are two of the most powerful words in any language. They are the fertile soil from which all things grow. The first shoots of something none of us could have imagined broke the surface. One year rolled into another, and another. Six years on, look at what you all grew, what this community achieved: $1.35 million, not just for one cause, but many: @StJude, @alzassociation, @American_Heart, @projecthopeorg, @MakeAWishIntl. Trees in inner cities, and real help for real families on the ground from natural disasters in Texas to crushing poverty in Appalachia. Over 900 streamers, creators, and community leaders, in 87 countries found it within themselves to do what the pessimist deems a rose-tinted fantasy – you chose to give. To sacrifice, to put others first. Your time, your talent, your hearts. There are people alive today, people born tomorrow, faces you will never greet and voices you may never hear who were touched by that choice, They represent the great many whose future you shaped. That is not a small thing. That is everything. That is the meaning of life. So why step away now? Not because anything went wrong, but because something went so very right. Time changes everything it touches. And sometimes… it means leaving home. For six years, this has been home. But we've outgrown the ground beneath us, ground that was graciously granted in name. We’ve reached a fork in the road where to continue to do this means its time to do it bigger, it means its time to do it right. To build a home that is truly, transparently, wholly our own. What has been built quietly in the background is, to coin a phrase from the Fallout universe: a home of tomorrow. Walking through the door isn’t the end of the story. It's the bravest page in it. And the faces that await behind it will be more than familiar to you. So before we go, we're going to do the impossible one last time, exactly the way we started: together, one community, in one voice and side by side with a friend, a mentor and someone who knows full heart the power this community wields when we almost lost him: @WesJohnsonVoice. Now through July 25th we cordially invite you to bring hope to the darkest of places one last time as we started: standing with the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of those we lost to this terrible disease and in solidarity of people we know who will face it yet. On our final day, live from the main stage at @GCXEvent myself, Wes, and some familiar faces are going to show you what comes next...the next chapter, a longer road and at the end of it a horizon without limit. To every one of you who volunteered, logged in, donated, watched, reshared, gave away your own loot, streamed for hours, or simply chose to help a stranger…I cannot find the words adequate enough to thank you, much less praise you. All of this was only possible because of all of you. Fallout at its best, narratively, figuratively has always asked us one pervasive question. With limited time, and an open road before you, and so, so many obstacles… who would you choose to be? Let’s not just play through that choice. Let’s show the world what we can be. Sign up for our final #FalloutForHope Fundraiser below. 👇 One last time...for Wes. I hope to see you all in the Wasteland. 🌅 #FalloutForHope #FalloutCommunity #Fallout #Fallout2 #Fallout3 #Fallout4 #Fallout76 #FalloutTV #charity

-Commander Johns keys up his radio with a chuckle.- "Now that's the kind of robot encounter we like to hear about." "Truth is, Appalachia's robots have become some of our most reliable partners. From medical assistance and supply distribution to security patrols and emergency response, many of them are still carrying out the duties they were programmed for long before Reclamation Day."
First time seeing this random encounter! The robot wouldn't talk to me unless I was wearing a Responders outfit 😆 I wonder if it'll say hi to the @FFive0 for me 💙❤️
