Interesting
The governor-elect of Texas, Gina Hinojosa, has explicitly said that all currently permitted datacenters in Texas will be allowed to finish construction. This essentially covers all of the 2027 and likely well into 2028. She is going to pass laws that ensure that all *newly* permitted datacenters going forward for delivery in 2028/2029 will pay taxes, commit to no increase in power prices for consumers, don’t impact water availability for people, be constructed with union labor and give “Texans a seat at the table.” Sounds reasonable. She doesn’t want to lose a lot of good blue collar jobs and property taxes for small towns in rural Texas. Datacenter commentary starts at 6:30 in this interview. Also attaching her official campaign position from her website in the next post. Sidenote: After watching a bunch of her speeches and interviews, I do think she is a political talent and probably has a future in national politics. youtu.be/D-T6H3b8ZeE?is=mEWu…

dont know, i just look at charts reasoning for my being bullish past week was that a higher high here would maintain bullish structure and trend weekly bearish engulfing to downside breaks trend & makes it more likely the inefficient move we had on the way up gets filled this setup + equities having reason to selloff w/ macro/inflation fears + anthropic growth slowdown is enough to be concerned

Next week, @SpaceX will be bringing online 220,000 Nvidia GB300 GPU (worth $15+ billion), with another ~$15+ billion in November, and then potentially another $15 billion in December, for a possible total of 660,000 GB300s coming online in Q4 alone. Upwards of $50 billion of GPUs. (below is an old pic of SpaceX's new Minihard GPU facility, which is where those 220,000 Nvidia GB300 GPUs will be coming online, the same number as the other two buildings, but in a much denser configuration, allowing for a significantly smaller overall building footprint)

Colossus 1 is 150k H100, 50k H200 and 30k GB200. Colossus 2 is 110k GB200 and 440k GB300. Another 220k GB300 will be fully operational next week and another 220k in November. If we get lucky, yet another 220k GB300 by late December.

Elon just confirmed that SpaceX will become the LARGEST NEOCLOUD in the world by EOY Colossus 1 & 2 (so far) provide about 1.4 GW of compute With the addition of 660k GB300s by EOY, $SPCX will have approx 2.6 GW of compute For comparison, Coreweave is tracking 1.85 GW & Nebius 1 GW by EOY At 2.6 GW, Elon said around 10% will go to Grok/xAI, which means there is 2.3 GW available to rent At $30-$50B/GW, that means SpaceX is ending the year at $70B-$115B in ARR from the compute business alone. My guess is xAI will be closer to $20B ARR by the then to And this doesn't include any revenues from Starlink or Rocket launches. If all goes well, SpaceX will be ending the year above $125B ARR at least. Unbelievable growth in 2026 and 2027 should be even bigger, considering Elon expects to reach 10 GW of compute by the end of 2027 By the way, I bought $SPCX at $115 and again at $140 inside my Milk Road PRO portfolio. I think it's still significantly undervalued at $150. You can track my real-time portfolio here: link.milkroad.com/t5837z Good times ahead for SpaceX!
SpaceX and Tesla will win because they will own the most compute xAI will beat Anthropic and OpenAI because they will acquire the most compute Tesla Optimus will win because they will have more compute than Figure and Chinese competitors Cybercab and Robotaxis will win because they will have more compute than Waymo and other competitors And in the long-run, SpaceX and Tesla will win because they will own the chips via Terrafab, the connectivity via Starlink and the access to Space via Starship There are not many moats left in enterprises, but SpaceX and Tesla continue to own the biggest ones because they focus on doing the hardest things This is why Spacex and Tesla (likely merged at some point) will become a $100T company in the years (decades) to come @elonmusk is thinking in decades, not months like most other companies

The biggest moat in the world right now is access to COMPUTE Meta's new Muse agent hasn't even hit 1 million users and it's struggling to serve them Whether the compute is used for better models, better products, replacing digital labour or even physical labour, its compute that makes it work If you can't get compute (which is the most in demand / scarce product in the world right now), then you can't function I don't think the market fully understands this yet. The winners in AI won't just be whoever has the best model, it'll be whoever can actually SERVE it Elon definitely understands this and it's why I think SpaceX and Tesla win in the long run: SpaceX went from 400MW of compute a year ago to 1.4GW by June, and expects 2GW+ by year end and 10GW by EOY 2027 (wow) OpenAI and Anthropic are also doing everything they can to buy more compute and they are expected to take on 50% of all the new compute that comes online in 2027 Whoever gets the most of that compute wins, plain and simple I dont hold $SPCX in my portfolio becuase of rockets, I hold it becuase I think they will own the most compute by the end of next year. A big part of my portoflio is positioned around this. If you want to see my entire portoflio, you can do so here: link.milkroad.com/t5837z Don't forget to give me a follow @kylereidhead for more insights on AI and markets

People mistake trading as purely accumulating capital, but really trading is a self examination of self where all your mental leaks are on full display. You must conquer yourself before you can truly become great.

Today is the day. Senators, if you care about consumers, combatting fraud and illicit finance, and beating China, you will vote for this bill. Every markup, hearing, vote, meeting, phone call, roundtable, trip to DC, and drafting session over the last 5 years (or 10 for those of who have been on the ground since 2016) has led to this moment. Senators only get one chance to ensure the CLARITY Act lives to fight another day.

CLARITY Act clarification: Today’s 60-vote cloture vote does NOT pass the bill. 1. 60 votes to end debate on taking it up 2. Senate debates and amends it 3. If opponents filibuster (they will), another 60 votes ends debate 4. Final passage needs a simple majority Today opens the door.
