What a journey, today was my official last day at Florida Tech. I thank God because I remember praying to be a college basketball coach! So thankful for the past 3 years and all the great memories. So excited for this New Beginning🙏. Go Panthers!
Turnovers, missed free throws and trying to feed the post when that has been unsuccessful this entire quarter smh. Dang UCF – at Rockledge, FL

Really enjoyed talking with Brevard basketball legend @FITCoachA for this one.
She’s already made quite an impact early in her coaching and Florida Tech will stand to benefit from having her on the sideline.

2 types of coaches:
Those who:
Coddle
Tell you what you want to hear
Don’t hold you accountable
Don't believe in you
Let you go through the motions
Those who:
Tell you the truth
Encourage
Challenge
Hold you accountable
Inspire
Demand excellence
ONLY 1 gets you ready for LIFE!
