ALT Loss to Rams begs question: Does Raiders defense have a 'mercenary' problem?
he’s 10000000% gone at the deadline i’m soooo happy thank you @LeviDamien you’re a beast.
Maxx Crosby is still worth two first round picks, the raiders defensive line is just terrible so Maxx keeps getting doubled. @49ers @Seahawks @Lions @Jaguars @Panthers
The sack total isn't there for Crosby (which might ding the value) but sack totals don't dictate good vs bad pass rushers
The #Raiders have to explore a trade at the deadline, best for the franchise. Can drive up bidding war with CHI, SEA, SF, CAR, DET, etc
darien porter is fucking sad😭😭😭😭 this like his third time getting ran over by puka on this drive alone

4) bowers and mayer are the key guys on offense.
yes wide receiver is a big concern. but the wr core wasn’t even horrible to start the year. we were moving the ball down field at will and we were passing the ball at a very decent clip. klint knows how to scheme guys open, the biggest need is dt then wr imo yes we need a wr1 but you can find that in draft or free agency. john spytek addressed the major needs.
Spytek on the Kay Adams Show back in April: “I like our receiver room. I think probably people are going to roll their eyes.”
Well, six games into the season, it’s clear why people questioned it. Two offseasons in, the Raiders still have one of the weakest WR rooms in football, and Spytek deserves criticism for failing to properly address such an obvious weakness.
