National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day
We honor the babies who are deeply loved and forever remembered. Today, we hold space for families who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss and recognize the many ways they carry both love and grief.

October is Safe Sleep and SIDS Awareness Month—a time to help every baby sleep as safely as possible. For every sleep, place babies on their backs on a firm, flat sleep surface in their own crib, bassinet, or play yard, with no pillows, blankets, bumpers, toys, or other soft items. Room sharing—without bed sharing—is recommended, and caregivers should follow their health care provider’s guidance. Share these lifesaving safe-sleep practices with everyone who cares for a baby. 💙
