Yes. BUT infrastructure and how it relates to training (supervised case collection/QA) continues to be under-emphasized. All the training courses in the world won’t result in privileging without infrastructure. Invest in expertise to drive ACROSS institutions. 🙋♂️available in 2025

1-RUQ for pain: no stones
2-shoulder: SS tear, LHB tendinopathy - injected CSI
3-DVT r/o
4-ST for mass eval
5-Intersection syndrome - injected CSI
Satisfying day.
Today, in my acute FM clinic- saw 16 pts, of which 8 benefited from #FMPOCUS during a 20 min visit.
1. Wrist pain, hx gout. effusion found, arthrocentesis
2-4. Knee pain, effusion seen
5. Elderly w/ DOE x mos, echo and lung- looking for pericardial eff, EF, pleural eff
