Attention Xbox One & Series X players! We've enabled the pre-download option for tomorrow's v34.00 update. To start the pre-download when it becomes available, check under 'My Games & Apps > Manage > Updates' and jump right in once the update goes live.

We’re aware of an issue preventing players currently subscribed to Fortnite Crew from downloading or updating games through Epic Games Store on mobile. We’re working on a fix and will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share, or once this is resolved.

Players who owned the "Not Without A Fight" Lobby Track prior to Fortnite Festival's Season 7 launch may encounter a Music Pass error when trying to claim it as they already own the Jam Track and were granted 200 V-Bucks on Season launch, preventing Pass completion. Enabling the Auto-Claim option on the Music Pass screen should resolve this error while we work on a fix.

We have re-enabled Music Pass Gifting on all platforms. Players may see an incorrect graphic when Gifting the pass to friends, but the Gift will go through as intended.

We're investigating reports where some active Fortnite Crew members may have issues claiming the Music Pass and its Premium Rewards. We'll provide an update once this is fixed.

Players are unable to Gift the Music Pass while we work to resolve an issue. Players are still able to acquire the Music Pass for themselves, and we'll provide an update when gifting it to others is again possible.
