Absolutely absurd piece of skill by Jude Bellingham. The modern day reincarnation of Zinedine Zidane.

INEOS has got every single major decision wrong. Backed ETH then sacked him after a couple months, hired Amorim (awful hire) backed him after the worst season since the 70s, then sacked him after a few months. Now they’ve backed carrick and will sack him after a couple months.

They’ll make another bad decision and hire the incompetent hipster Nagelsmann next.

Fully supportive of Carrick’s decision to bench Bruno and strip him of the captaincy. I have defended Bruno in the past and he’s a terrific player but his behaviour after Como was absolutely disgraceful and unbecoming of a Manchester United captain.

I agree Nagelsmann is very United-coded. He’s a dreadful manager who will fail miserably and that’s been the type we tend to go for as of late.
Julian Nagelsmann is the most ā€˜United-coded’ candidate on the shortlist for me. Bit of a nutter off the pitch but you’d hope he would’ve learned a few things from that.

He’s a bum who’s achieved nothing of relevance in his entire career. I’ll spare our clueless fans who are fooled by his ā€œauraā€ the hipster ass skateboard and his cool sounding German name. The board on the other hand will hire yet another loser and be shocked when he loses.

To be clear there is no realistic hire that will change anything anyway but Nagelsmann is about as bad as it gets.

As someone who’s been telling people for about 15 years that Ronaldo is tremendously overrated it’s still quite sad to see just how far the pendulum has swung the other way on his reputation. It’s entirely deserved as his conduct is disgraceful but crazy to see nonetheless.

He’s one of the most enigmatic sports figures of all time for me. It’s absolutely mindblowing just how overrated he was during his career, he’s easily the most overrated player in any sport ever. It’s also insane quickly he’s managed to destroy that reputation in recent years.

If I decided the Balon D’or these would be the players who have the most šŸ† PelĆ© šŸ‡§šŸ‡· 8 Lionel Messi šŸ‡¦šŸ‡· 8 Diego Maradona šŸ‡¦šŸ‡· 7 No other player would have more than 3, quite clearly the three greatest footballers of all time.

I only did 1958 onwards, as before that the amount of guesswork (which is already very extensive pre 1980s) becomes ridiculous. But I doubt Puskas, Zizinho or Di Stefano would’ve won more than 3 anyway.

I’m a fan of Lamine Yamal but he has no business winning the Balon D’or. 24/25 should have been Yamal by landslide but you can’t win the Balon D’or if you aren’t elite at the World Cup for me, Yamal struggled. Messi (my pick) Bellingham and MbappĆ© are all more deserving winners.

Nagelsmann is an arrogant skateboarding hipster who has failed miserably at his last 2 managerial stops. The manager doesn’t really matter with this ownership but he wouldn’t bring United back even if a miracle happened and we had a new ownership tomorrow.

I don’t why there’s a psyop that makes people believe Nagelsmann is some elite manager. He’s shit, he’s achieved nothing remarkable in the sport and he would fail miserably just as he did at Germany and Bayern.

Carrick will be sacked soon enough and it was very easy to see coming, the board has set him up with the horrible transfer window and the patience of the fans is already close to finished. United is a hopeless football club and always will be until the ownership changes.

I don’t have anything to say about this horrendous performance because it’s just another in a long list of horrendous performances since August 2013. The team will go up and down over the years but the general direction will never be upwards until the owners are gone.

Fans will naturally get excited whenever the club has a good 3 months but then when it’s time to be serious and kick on, to go and sign top players or go and hire the top manager it never happens and it never will with these owners. That’s the bottom line: hopeless.

When someone tells you Maradona was only highly rated because of the 1986 World Cup you can safely assume that they’re a stupid person. Maradona produced magic on the pitch every week for well over a decade. He is, and always will be, the greatest player that I’ve ever seen!

To tell you the truth I’ve been burnout and lost a lot of my interest in the sport ever since the World Cup ended. 6 minutes of Maradona clips that I’ve already seen hundreds of times has my passion burning ever so slightly again. Maradona is a spiritual experience.
