Part of the challenge with cleanup operations like $NXGB and $TIPS is that companies want to be transparent, but unexpected hurdles and delays are almost inevitable. This particular management team, however, has an excellent track record, and that shouldn't be overlooked.

Good morning. The 686,914,050 shares come from the remaining 1 billion owned by BLAQclouds in the change in control purchase. Remember, 1 billion from that purchase has been retired and the remaining 1 billion is being used for acquisitions. The 686,914,050 shares showing on OTC Markets is what is being used for the Apollo Direct merger. These are not new shares and in no way change the cap structure of the Company.
