Saturday Cheltenham rocket ✈️ Newbrook diamond 5/2 Cheltenham 13:45 This horse is only 2 wins from 10 over hurdles but his best win was over 2m6f where he absolutely hacked up He is a winning pointer and this step up to 3 miles will suit perfectly His damsire is Garde Royale who is the same damsire as sire du berlais who as we know, SDB is a staying hurdling legend including winning multiple group 1’s even at the Cheltenham festival ND is ground versatile but the softer the better which will fall into his hands tomorrow I expect Cobden to take the lead and play catch me if you can. Cobden is a master from the front on hurdlers. He’s won 6 races at this meet across the 10 years and every one has been a hurdler Others in the race.. Road to Wembley- this horse clashed with our selection when they met at Worcester but there’s a few reasons I believe ND will reverse the form. The further trip will suit ND 7LB better off in weights for ND If you go back and watch that race also, ND didn’t try one bit, clear non trier Road to Wembley is not a national hunt horse, will be way out of his depth over 3m and cut in the ground Kashchei- this horse’s best runs have come over 2 and a half miles. When it got stepped up in distance it couldn’t even beat a 119 rated rival! His best runs have come on good ground, so back up in trip and on unsuitable ground, I don’t see this causing us any problems The rest are 12’s or higher and look weak I wouldn’t be surprised to see this horse get smashed in This is a clear aim and shoot job, let’s gamble!

Fridays horse ✈️ Bowensonfire 1/1 Cheltenham 13:50 Strong bet This horse looks a well deserved favourite in this race and will take all the beating Rated 143, he is the clear class act in the field He’s had 3 chase runs so far so has had plenty of experience including a 3rd in a grade 3 over an inadequate trip so although not a win yet, it’s been great experience for the horse He’s back down to the 2m trip where he’s had all his wins at. He’s ground versatile but the more rain that comes the better, as he can handle it no issue and even won at listed level at DRF in a hot race over 2m Dropping down to class 2 level, he is head and shoulders above these lot Jarrive de mee- Mullins horse had a run after a year off LTO and came nowhere. Needs a trip and may also suffer from ‘the bounce’ Ice jet- although in form, only rated 128. Has 15LB to find with our horse and is only receiving 4LB. 4yo have an awful record in this race with the last one winning in 2012 Passing diamond - a horse in form but only rated 128 and giving our horse 8LB. One run on ground that wasn’t good and lost Glen to glen- looks completely out of his depth and trainer Nick Schofield yard well out of form Another thing to note, favs have a phenomenal record in this race winning 8 out of the last 10 renewals All things point to a big run from Gordon’s horse This looks a straight aim and shoot job Let’s gamble and make it 5 from 5!!!
