Looks like it's time to remove bulbils (immediately plant them) and let the garlic flower. Year two of trying to produce True Garlic Seed (TGS) has begun!

I've included my work so you can double check, but I get the following: SB.val = (10 + √( 1.3(-10 - SB.master) ) ) / 10

The natural result after people draw "Thing + Fish" for several types of fish.

Last year I harvest two random garlics that popped up in a blackberry patch. Harvested one of the heads to see what they look like.

I planted 73 bulbils this past winter. They all grew and produced rounds, except one that produced a scape and (from what I could see) produced cloves. So I'm really hoping these flowers produce seed. It'd be cool to have a garlic seed that reliably produces cloves in one season.
