Fallen Within

This one hits me pretty hard. I was diagnosed in March of last year, Brad shared his diagnosis with the world in May of last year. 3DD canceled their tour and he was unable to ever share the stage with his guys again. I have since been able to share the stage with my guys since I was diagnosed. I am extremely grateful for that. I am so grateful and thankful to be doing better physically but I do realize what I’m up against. I have found myself looking for updates on how he was doing often. So to see this news now, it’s hard for me to explain how that feels. My heart dropped when I read this. My heart goes out to his family, friends, and bandmates. To Brad, fly high brutha, you are once again center stage, without the pain, the worries, and all of the ails that cancer brings. You will be missed, your music and message will live forever.

Long day and a late night yesterday. Up and already at it this morning. One of the biggest keys to success in real estate is consistency. Not when it’s convenient. Not when you feel like it. Everyday is key. You must be consistent every single day. Of course there are days that I’m tired and exhausted (like today), and of course there are days that I don’t feel well. You’ve gotta push through all of the distractions and excuses going on in your head and life, and just make it happen. It’s not an easy thing to do, but it’s vital for you and your clients that you make it happen. Here’s to a Friday of pushing through!

IV Chemo Treatment Day, Yay! 🤮 Make no mistake about it, Cancer sucks. It does. There is so much that you don’t know until you go through this battle. So many ups and downs. I’ve experienced every side effect imaginable between my daily oral chemo, and my IV chemo treatments. They are zero fun, but my oncologist says that as bad as they are, it’s a good thing. One of those double edge sword situations, I guess. With all of this being said, all of these treatments, countless days in the hospital, tons of procedures and surgeries, etc…. are made just a little bit better thanks to the Nurses, Dr’s, Techs, Lab Workers, Surgeons, etc…. I’ve had some not great moments but overall, the folks taking care of me have been great! Also, I could not have made it through all of this without those in my immediate circle either, and you all know who you are, too many to name. Lastly, for everyone of you who has texted me, DM’d me, bought a t-shirt, donated to my GoFundMe, brought me food, and so much more. THANK YOU!!!! None of this is fun, I don’t like it at all, no one should ever have to go through and experience this shit. And I would like to say a lot worse, but out of respect for others, I’ll leave it at that. I’m gonna continue to fight my ass off because I don’t know any other way to be. I’ve got a life to live, shit to do, and memories to be made! F*CK YOU CANCER, my ass is coming out swinging every damn day I wake up! Let’s get it! I’ve put my GoFundMe link in the comments for those of you that can and want to donate. Medical bills are well into the 6 figure range, and won’t be stopping anytime soon. I’ve already started paying on bills that the insurance didn’t cover, and keeping all of the other bills taken care of as well. And I will continue to work as much as this body will allow me!
