Building a fully on-chain world taught us something we didn't expect.
When we started @Eldorim_xyz , we thought the hard part would be the technical complexity: 23 smart contracts, 380K+ lines of code, zero server dependencies, no IPFS.
It wasn't.The harder problem was figuring out what should actually live on-chain.
We eventually realized that putting everything on-chain isn't the point. The point is to put the things that define the experience on-chain, so they become part of the world itself.
That's why characters in Eldorim have 20 stats, unique genetic traits, and persistent identities across five realms.
Building Eldorim changed the way we think about decentralization:
Don't decentralize the infrastructure just because you can. Decentralize the parts that make the product what it is.
London plan is taking shape
Confirmed: Scale or Die with @solana for the deep technical side, and the @BornDotLive meetup on day one.
Still pending: SOL Calling by @foundationcap and the @fractlnetwork Founders & Investors Brunch.
The talks go online later. The conversations don't 🤝
Privacy shipped on more chains this week. @fhenix went live on Arbitrum and Ethereum, and @MidnightNtwrk added "Login with Midnight" through Dynamic.
Privacy isn't binary though. Before calling a feature private, we check:
- what can an observer infer from timing, hashes and events?
- can a script with only public data guess the secret?
- what must be disclosable later?
Encryption is a tool. Privacy is a design decision
When we started @Eldorim_xyz, we set one rule: fully onchain. No servers, no shortcuts.
Phase 1 is live on mainnet with real players building armies of Auren, five species of onchain creatures. Phase 2, colonies for team play, is almost done.
It taught us that contract, product and story can't be three separate jobs. That's how we work at @TXer_net now, for other teams too.
I'll be at Breakpoint in London. If you're building something onchain, happy to swap notes 🤝
2,973 submissions at @colosseum's Crypto World's Fair, their biggest hackathon yet 🙌
We shipped two entries this month, Goldgrid and PledgeX. Same lesson both times: an MVP is defined by what you cut.
- one user, one action, one verifiable onchain moment.
- everything else can be a mock.
What did you cut to ship?
The product directory for Crypto World's Fair is live. 🎡
This was our biggest hackathon ever & the largest in crypto history with 2,973 submissions.
Winners and Colosseum's next accelerator startups will be announced in 4-5 weeks. Stay tuned!

Closed source was never a security model.
A builder says he rebuilt a live Solana program from its bytecode with AI in under an hour. Whether this bug holds up or not, the direction is clear.
How we work at @TXer_net : we review every program as if the source is already public. Because soon it effectively is 🤝
Alpenglow is live. Solana finality went from ~12.8s to ~150ms ⛰️
Building our 24/7 stock basket on Solana taught us: automating the trade is easy. Knowing when NOT to trade is the real engineering.
Faster finality raises the stakes.
The checks have to keep up:
→ is the oracle price fresh, or just available?
→ is liquidity deep enough right now?
Speed is a gift. Guardrails let you use it 🤝
Alpenglow is now live on Solana mainnet. ⛰️
Finality just went from ~12.8 seconds to ~150ms.
The biggest consensus upgrade in Solana’s history, built by @anza_xyz.
Different origins. Different roots. One shared passion to create
That’s what’s incredible about this ecosystem, no matter where we start, we all converge to shape and bring the exact same future into reality.

CONTRACT, PRODUCT, LAUNCH
ONE TEAM
Building in Web3 shouldn’t feel like a game of telephone across multiple agencies.
From the first line of smart contract code to the final launch film, TXer keeps product, engineering, and storytelling in sync.

Privacy isn't binary
A contract can keep a value hidden and still leak its hash, a lookup key, or even the outcome of a decision.
The real engineering challenge is knowing exactly what the public side can infer, before deployment.
at @TXer_net , we've been exploring ways to make that boundary visible, not just assume it.

One lesson from building Eldorim: lore works best when it does more than explain a world, it gives it internal logic.
Our story begins with a primal tension, the birth of the Aurens, and five essences created to preserve balance.
The goal is to build a world players can discover, not just read about.

A lot of Solana stories start the same way: we met at Breakpoint
This year it's London, and the next story could be yours. You don't need to be a founder or a core dev. Breakpoint is for developers, designers, students, operators and anyone curious about what's being built on Solana.
It's my first Breakpoint too, and I'm coming from Germany. If you've been on the fence, this is your sign.

Building a 24/7 programmable stock basket on Solana showed us something interesting: making trades happen automatically is the easy part.
What actually keeps the system reliable during DCA runs is our oracle safeguards. In low-liquidity or volatile conditions, refusing to execute is often the best trade the protocol can make.

Most AI content workflows are still 10 tabs and a human doing the glue work.
Early access to ImagineArt Agent claims to own the whole pipeline from a single brief.
Testing it like I’d evaluate any tool for my team: cost, time, failure modes.
