How do lasers kill weeds? Each laser applies the right amount of thermal energy required for each individual weed based on type and size. This essentially steams or "cooks" the weed using its own water in the cells. The weed withers, dies, and is reabsorbed into the soil.

#Laserweeding is the best preventative #weedcontrol out there. Our system can see weeds the moment they emerge, allowing us to keep the field clean, rather than dealing with weeds after they’ve established themselves. Left is untouched, right has been laserweeded. #organicfarming

We realized #AgTwitter may not yet know the #LaserWeeder is a superior #precisionag tool for #weedcontrol in large-scale specialty crops. 🌿 So we updated the spinach video w/ titles to highlight benefits of #laserweeding. Enjoy! #regenerativeag #organicfarming #notill #agtech
