WATCH: FOUR DAYS OF LEARNING, CONNECTION AND PRACTICAL ACTION The National Training of Trainers (ToT) Workshop on Advancing #Youth #Climate Leadership and #Climate Solutions brought together #youth climate leaders under the theme “From Knowledge to Action: Empowering Youth to Lead Climate Solutions.” The journey began with participants building a foundation in #climatechange, #climatejustice, social inclusion and #climategovernance, before moving into #climateadvocacy, #leadership, civic engagement and strategic climate communication. These sessions created space for participants to understand the #climate challenge, explore how decisions are made and strengthen their ability to engage communities and influence #change. The third day broadened the conversation to #climatefinance, #carbonmarkets and green #entrepreneurship, exploring how young people can connect #climate action with financing opportunities and sustainable enterprises. Day Four took the learning beyond the training room. Participants travelled to Asili Kwanza Uganda for a practical learning experience, where they were able to connect the concepts discussed throughout the workshop with practical approaches to sustainable production, #climate solutions and community resilience. From the first conversation to the final practical experience at Asili Kwanza Uganda, the four days were about building knowledge, strengthening leadership and preparing young people to take #climateaction back to their communities and regions. The workshop was made possible through the contribution of facilitators and partners who shared their expertise across the different sessions. Thank you; @farmradio @farmradioug @GayoUganda @YCCGAlliance @ColeinAid @RuralSmiles

Throughout this week,@GayoUganda in partnership with @YCCUganda and @farmradio , is undertaking a nationwide radio engagement visit across Uganda to amplify youth voices and promote #CircularRegenerativeAgriculture as a pathway to climate resilience, sustainable livelihoods, and food security. The engagement will span 12 regional radio stations across the country, bringing together #broadcasters, agricultural experts, youth leaders, and climate practitioners to strengthen public understanding of climate-smart agriculture and create a platform for knowledge exchange. Through these discussions, we aim to demonstrate how regenerative farming practices, resource efficiency, ecosystem restoration, and #circulareconomy approaches can help communities adapt to #climate change while improving agricultural productivity and creating green economic opportunities. This national knowledge series marks the first phase of the Youth Inclusion in #CircularRegenerativeAgriculture Communications Programme, which seeks to reposition young people as leaders in agricultural innovation and trusted communicators of climate solutions. As the programme progresses across the regions, it will lay the foundation for a youth-led national dialogue on regenerative #agriculture, culminating in regional broadcasts that showcase local innovations, indigenous knowledge, and community-driven solutions. #CircularRegenerativeAgriculture #ClimateSmartAgriculture #YouthInAgriculture #ClimateAction #FoodSecurity #GreenJobs #ClimateResilience #SustainableAgriculture #FarmRadio #YouthLeadership
