Apparently Turkey has some very new tax laws that are highly favorable to crypto investors (0% on long term foreign gains for 20 yrs)
Richard heart may have had strong financial and legal motivation to become a Turkish citizen
That would explain things like “his wife” or the name Deniz Kaya appearing in his Turkish fireowners ID card (meaningful evidence of Turkish citizenship)
We are only speculating for now, it seems likely RH and his lawyers have a plan of some sort

Pulsechain Founder, Richard Heart Was Arrested today in Istanbul, Turkey.
What we know. What is the worst case scenario for the Pulsechain community?
If you left the community at higher prices defaming people on your way out, you will not be remembered as smart or heroic. You have solidified yourself as emotionally unstable at best. You played yourself.
I will always love the Pulsechain community but the fact is every single major chart has broken structure so the 2 more week narrative will likely continue for at least another 6 months to a year, unless our worst case scenario plays out and if that happens. God be with you all.

FYI in Finland 4 years is the MAXIMUM Sentence if @RichardHeartWin is found guilty and 4 months minimum.

My personal take on the CLARITY Act:
Regulation may bring crypto a larger market and more institutional money, but never forget the strings attached.
I believe the “banksters” helped shape this legislation for a reason, and it wasn’t to help the true DeFi guy. It was about gaining influence and control over a market they couldn’t ignore, couldn’t stop and didn’t create.
DeFi was born to give ordinary people financial sovereignty… The freedom to hold their own assets, transact without permission and participate without gatekeepers.
Growth is welcome. Adoption is welcome. But not if the price is surrendering the freedom that made crypto worth fighting for in the first place.
