A lender who only knows how to say yes is not much of an advisor. The right time matters as much as the right loan. Sometimes the honest answer is not yet.
I would rather lose a deal than put you in the wrong one. That has never cost me a good relationship. It has built most of them.

Did you put your rental in an LLC to keep it off your personal credit? You are half right. The loan itself does not show up as a trade line on your personal credit. That part is real. But it is conditional. Fall behind or default, and it can report.
