Alright! The rumors of our demise, don’t call it a comeback etc whatever the case may be we’re BACK with CRE 10 “The Legend Destroys the Blues b/w Arrogant Bastards” with special guest, who else, The Legend himself @everetttrue , pin your ears back wimps!
For a fleeting second my brain saw a picture of an 8-track (the format that could finally do Loveless sonic justice)
Yes! It’s mostly in the bag, just needs a little editing. This upcoming stretch has been something of a...challenge but we’ll continue to convince each other we’re up for it 🍻
It was a lockdown record for me. I’d had the CD since it was out but never got in to it at all until I started driving around listening to CDs for something to do in 2020. Maybe cuz I don’t love Sad Eyed Girl, I didn’t give Me a chance at the time
Our dream of breaking the worldwide Formicas exclusive dashed! I’m glad to see “Me” getting some damn respect
We’re back!
CRE 009 - THE LOFT “Why Does the Rain” w/Peter Astor (The Loft, The Weather Prophets, Ellis Island Sound, of Wisdom of Harry, The Attendant, Damp Jungle)
Very excited for this one!
It turns out asking Kevin Shields to mix the upcoming episode was a mistake but all signs point to it coming out this week...
It’s SO obvious now but as a lad just getting in to the Fall I would stare at this cover photo not realizing it was a pretty standard live shot, just sideways. A perfect metaphor for their music really.
I’ll be embarrassed if I’ve always gotten this lyric wrong but isn’t it “Went away on a train to Crewe” in the TVPs Silly Girl?
