Seen at the UTSW Dept. of Bioinformatics. Cells imaged by ⁦⁦@ErikWelf⁩ on microscope built by our lab, segmented and rendered by Meghan Driscoll. Teamwork, that is how we move forward! Two cancer cells and one dendritic cell are shown. ⁦@UTSWNews⁩

Lab dinner to celebrate recent publications. We consumed 0.453kg of Brisket, 0.453kg of sausage, 0.453 kg of ribs and 0.2268kg of pulled pork (@kD3AN was there too). Now off to a healthier diet till the next paper!

Interesting tube architecture in a mouse kidney labeled with a marker of the epithelial lumens (anti-Par6). Imaged with our axially swept light-sheet microscope using the cleared tissue objectives from ASI @jsdaniel02 . Sample from Denise Marciano's lab. Scale bar: 100microns.

Extended 3D resolution in structured illumination using four beam interference. Theoretically, 100-125nm scale 3D resolution should become possible for live cell imaging. A concept study in collaboration with James Manton, @florianstroehl, Eric Rees and Clemens Kaminski labs.
