I sold my Ugu leafs 🍃🍃 in an open 🔓 market last week directly to the consumers! And people in the market were just looking at me like someone that wore backside of cloths! 🤷🏿♂️ 😂.
I was able to finish the sells within 10 minutes.
Why?
Check CS!
Tomato can't be this cheap now.
How true is this statement?

We called it Esuru in Yoruba language. It a tuber that grows in the air and not in the soil. We use to cook it inside palm nut while producing red oil that time

It's mostly an nkanu food. Doesn't taste like yam. It's infact more sweeter than yam. In nkanu and some other Igbo communities, it's known as Adu or Edu depending on tongue

These are aerial yams.... they taste really bland sha but go well with vegetable soup and they fruit on the vine instead of underground like normal yams 😋🤍✨✨✨

Good morning, farmers!
Someone asked me if this is the right time to buy ginger seeds for the next planting season.
Currently, ginger is selling for around ₦90,000 per bag, but before you rush to buy, there are some things you need to consider, especially during this dry season.
Ginger needs proper moisture and good storage conditions to remain in good condition. If you buy it now without having a proper plan for preservation, you may end up losing some of your money before planting season even arrives.
And if you're buying ginger for commercial purposes, that's a different ball game entirely. You need to consider the market price, storage, demand, and the profit you expect to make.
In farming, it's not just about buying or planting. Timing and proper planning matter too.
Don't let the excitement of farming make you invest your money without understanding the situation first.
