Talk about a timely article. I currently serve on the Board of the #PAWildTrout Coalition whose motto is “Let Nature Raise the Fish”. The goal is to convince the staff and Board of the @pafishandboat & @GovernorShapiro that stocking hatchery trout over #wildtrout is not (cont)
and the magazine cover for reference.
“Biologists later learned that planting hatchery trout on top of wild trout results in "territorial chaos." The stocked fish don't play by the rules - don't even know the rules —and disrupt the territorial hierarchy of wild populations.

Here we are 44 years later and Marilyn Black is still the one and only female #Fish #Commissioner. Currently three Commissioner positions up for appointment and I would bet that not one female was considered for nomination. C’mon Gov @GovernorShapiro @DerekEberlyPenn @DCNRnews
